We had an amazing experience working with our Realtor, Rosa Payson! From our very first interaction, she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and incredibly well organized. We found a beautiful home in Palm Aire in Sarasota, and Rosa guided us every step of the way with excellent communication and thorough attention to detail.

What impressed us most was how seamless everything was—even after the purchase. She was always available, kept us informed, and made sure nothing was overlooked. From viewing the home to closing took less than 30 days, which was incredible!

We highly recommend Rosa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We will definitely be referring her to friends and family and look forward to working with her again in the future!

It was a pleasure working with Rosa. She was awesome, friendly, and professional at all times. She was able to show us multiple properties. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or rushed to purchase my house. I will strongly recommend Rosa to my family and friends.

Rosa is professional and knowledgeable. She knows the markets she serves. She communicates well and frequently through the sale process. She listens to the seller and works through your wishes on the sale. I would have Rosa sell my property again. I have referred her to many. She is awesome. Thank you!

Rosadid a gret job
In phase 1 of preparation - she arranged the house to be attractive to iprospextives in the lowest amount of capital
She did a great job in choosing the price to list
After listing we got two offers within 2 days from listing
She helped us choose the right offer ( as we did not understand a crucial part of the offer - the interest rate that the buyer commits)
After that she worked all the details for a successful closing 30 days after binding
